The 52-year-old MMA fighter replaced his son in a fight but was disqualified shortly after he bit his opponent.
Mateusz Muranski (son) was supposed to fight Arkadiusz Tankula in Fame MMA 12 last weekend in Poland. The FAME MMA 12 fight was a rematch and was to take place at the Ergo Arena in Gdansk, Poland.
The two got into a fight in May 2021 when Muranski lost his MMA debut by unanimous decision. However, when a few months later Mateusz Muranski was unable to enter the rematch, his 52-year-old father Jacek Muranski took the stage.
Unlike typical cages, the main activity took place inside a 9-by-9-foot cage. Tankula had the advantage in size and was able to knock down Jacek Muranski several times with his right hand. The competition was designed for five two-minute rounds.
After Tankula bloody and beat the 52-year-old player, Muranski was able to clinch and avoid the finish line. The fight was stopped in the fourth round after Muranski bit Tankula on the shoulder and repeatedly grabbed the fence. Tankula left the cage after winning by disqualification.
Muranski was injured during the fight, and after the end of the fight he needed a bandage on his shoulder. Jacek Muranski focused his efforts on Polish rapper Popek as his next potential MMA venture before getting into the fray in a short time. Muranski attempted an interview after the fight but was booed by a crowd in Gdansk, Poland.
What do you think of Jacek Muranski, who replaced his son and was disqualified for biting and grabbing a cage?
