According to my watch, I just did almost the same workout I would do at the ring and burned so many calories. This started after I had been doing it for 20 to 30 minutes. I also climbed up and down a lot and worked on my arms and legs. Everyone sorted out my water heater which decided to overflow and not stop … I figured it out in the end and even this workout improved my mood … even if it wasn’t the best reason – 10 towels and a lot of tool drying and gear later … 🛠️😂😂😂 Will still be on RFA at 7pm. I have to eat first … This increased my appetite. Show me your workouts by tagging them
