The Legacy Fighting Alliance will return to South Dakota for a couple of events later this month.
The offer announced LFA 107 for May 14 and LFA 108 for May 21, both of which will take place at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The LFA 107 will be closed to the public, while fans will be allowed to watch the LFA 108 with limited capacity. Both events will be broadcast via UFC Fight Pass at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT.
LFA 107 starts with a showdown between former Bellator middleweight champion Rafael Carvalho and Sharaf Davlatmurodov.
Carvalho left the Bellator after losing four of his last five appearances in the California-based promotion, including a losing decision against Alex Polizzi in his last outing last September. He started Bellator’s tenure with six consecutive triumphs, a stretch that featured an award-winning Brandon Halsey KO and three successful belt defenses.
Davatmurodov makes his LFA debut in a five-game winning streak. The 29-year-old Russian fought mainly under the Akhmat Absolute Championship banner, winning victories such as Bellator vet Brett Cooper and former UFC competitor Ben Alloway.
Meanwhile, LFA 108 concludes with a middleweight bout between Josh Fremd and Gregory Rodrigues. Fremd advanced to the final of the 185 185m tournament by knocking out Bruno Oliveira, while Rodrεςguez beat Al Matavao in the other half of his arm.
