Miesha Tate Wins Celebrity Big Brother Reality TV Show – MMA Root



Former UFC bantamweight champion Misha Tate can now claim to be the champion of a major reality show.

Tate was named the winner of the Survivor-style show Celebrity Big Brother, in which various celebrities spend time in the house and compete in various competitions. Tate was considered the leader after winning the opening role of the head of the family, a role that controls who gets evicted and the show starts.

Tate could be seen training in MMA and training during the show as he prepares for his return to the octagon. She will return later this year at May’s UFC Fight Night event, where she will make her flyweight debut against Lauren Murphy.

Tate will receive the top prize of $250,000 for winning this season of the show.

Tate’s last appearance on a reality show was as a coach in Season 18. Ultimate Fighter opposite Ronda Rousey. The two bantamweight rivals will meet at the end of the season, and Rousey will win via submission.

Tate last lost to Kathleen Vieira in November, her second fight since returning from retirement. Back in the cage, she scored a dominant victory over Marion Renaud.
