Set new goals for yourself. Super serious now. Doing hand rests and muscle-ups and forced plank attempts were wasting my shoulders for good. But with boxing and Muay Thai, I don’t feel any pain and my cardio is better than ever. I’m having fun again, I haven’t felt so good and excited about training since I entered calisthenics in 2016. I got revived, let’s go, I did a lot of dreams but a dream to come I swear! RIP DMX is for you, FUCK WHAT YOU HEARD!
