Street Fighter Moves – The 4 Best First Strikes to End a Fight Fast and Why You Should Use Them

Here is an article about Star-Based Self-Defense and Survival. Before I can even describe the first best strikes, I think I need to lay down a little groundwork by explaining a few key RBSF principles:

RBSF Principle # 1 – You Must Be Target Oriented and Not Technique Centered – What this means is that you should not worry at all about looking nice or perfect execution of some exotic martial arts moves (such as a reverse kick turning forward or something else so joyful as that) but instead, you must focus on the best target or hit spot that will do the most damage and the least skill necessary to accomplish it.

RBSF Principle # 2 – Play Timid, Then Attack First, fast and fiercely non-stop until the threat is neutralized – This ploy is little more than psychological warfare combined with physical follow-up work. You aim to strike when the opponent is withdrawn or not ready.

Having established these two basic RBSF principles, I can now go into the material to be presented here:

Top 4 Best Strikes to End Quick Fight

Best First Strike # 1 – Throw any drink into the face of your attacker – This is a favorite of Norm, one of my RBSF teachers. If you are at a club, at a party in a restaurant or anywhere where you can get a drink of something, this can be used very effectively as a first strike on a flurry of follow – up blows. Any drink – even water – will do. If it’s hot coffee, so be it. The technique is to extend your hand fully if possible into the face, in the middle of the sentence while talking to the attacker. Avoid throwing an overhanded choppy short or you may lose eye strain with your drink.

Best First Strike # 2 – Jab Finger To The Eyes – You impair vision by placing a finger sticking out of the palm using an open palm. Your fingers should be slightly curved and spread out. Doing it this way will reduce the likelihood of your fingers being injured.

Best First Strike # 3 – Punch Or “Karate Chop” The ThroatIf you punch, or “karate chop” with your hand, the fight is over – because at that point he’s not thinking about fighting anymore with you, he’s just coughing, gagging and picking like you see him thinking with his eyes open in a half-shock state, “Can’t breathe! I can’t breathe! I have to breathe!”

Best First Strike # 4 – Spit Into The Attacker ‘s Face – You can do it using just your “plain-ole” saliva, or, even more effectively than if you are chewing on something like an apple, and only suddenly spit the pulp. He raises his hands objectively to cover his face. Everything under the neck is now wide open for “the touchdown”. At this point, you can start by kicking the inner thighs just above the knee or just go looking for the gold – that is nuggets! (You know where I’m talking – family jewel!)
