To Kung Fu Fight Increases Intelligence, To Karate Fight Causes People To Be Smarter!

It’s called Kung Fu Fighting, it’s called karate fighting, whatever you call it. The only important thing is that this type of martial arts combat is going to raise your intelligence. That’s right, if you step into the dojo and go from man to man, it will actually lead to elevated intelligence.

This flies against those silly people who believe that martial arts, be it Karate or Kung Fu or whatever, is nothing but a brutal adventure. They look at the blood and vowels on the latest UFC glasses and ask for new laws. But they are really people who have not learned lessons in the dojo, so … they are stupid.

I know, stupid is a slow word, and it would be dumb for me to use it so lightly, just to reflect on what it really is. It is as fast as people can move through information. It is as fast as they can connect world events and imagination.

Now, you would believe by modern educators and scientists and types of psychosis and that kind of thing is the information you can remember. It is A or F. It is a high score on a school exam.

But a high score on a school test has nothing to do with reality. Moreover, it has nothing to do with that nebulous thing called common sense. And both real life and common sense are what happens in a martial arts training hall during the learning process.

First, one will learn how to be with his fellow man through the simple efficiency of running into walls and fists and objects. Not by lecturing by type of professor. It only tells how to be polite but to follow commands, and has nothing to do with the input of cause and effect in his own experience.

Secondly, one has to learn how to input information and make decisions of that information one hundred, so, a thousand times better. That gnarly mitt flying towards the person forces someone to make a connection, make a decision, do something. So, the reality is the lesson that immediately sucks.

Then real education is the ability to think fast, connect the dots, handle reality in an appropriate way. This education can be shared with ANY field of knowledge. Therefore, if you want to be smarter, then learn how to fight karate … if you want your children to be smart, teach them to fight kung fu.
