Tuivasa Rips ‘Steroid-Injecting Muppet’ Junior dos Santos (2018) – MMA Root

Tai Tuivasa recently expressed his shock that Carlos Felipe was seen using steroids. To quote a bewildered Aussie: “How did he switch to steroids? He’s fat as hell!”

But when it came to Junior dos Santos four years ago, Tuivasa had no trouble believing that JDS was a fraud. And in response to some criticism from dos Santos, Tuivasa decided to share this faith with the world.

Tai Tuivasa replied to Junior dos Santos.

Tuivasa and dos Santos will meet on December 2 in the main event of the UFC Adelaide tournament. The action will take place inside the Adelaide Entertainment Center in Adelaide, Australia. This is a huge opportunity for Tuivasa, who is ranked 11th in the UFC heavyweight division and dos Santos is ranked 7th.

In a recent interview, dos Santos made a strange remark about Tuivas. He criticized “Bam Bam” for being said by UFC announcer Bruce Buffer to represent street fighting. The harsh and bizarre criticism prompted Tuivas to criticize dos Santos in a recent interview with Sporting News:

“I gave him credit for being great, but now he can fuck off just because of what Bruce Buffer said? Like I’m going to say I’m a black belt or something. Calling someone a coward is a little superficial for such a little doll injecting steroids. He can say whatever he wants, as long as he brings it. It will still happen, no matter what any of us say. But calling someone a coward by a scammer is a trifle. Make sure you don’t get drunk.”

UFC Adelaide will also see Mark Hunt looking to bounce back from his loss to Alexey Oleinik last month. To do this, he needs to get around Justin Willis, who led 3-0 in the octagon.

Do you think Junior dos Santos gets to the bottom of his criticism of Tai Tuivasa?
